Seamless carbon steel pipes are steel pipes made from steel ingots or solid tube blanks that are perforated into capillary tubes and then hot rolled, cold rolled or cold drawn. Its manufacturing process involves no welding, hence the name "seamless."

Materials and Ingredients
Seamless carbon steel pipes are mainly made of carbon steel, such as 10, 20, 30, 35, 45 and other high-quality carbon structural steels, as well as 16Mn, 5MnV and other low-alloy structural steels. In addition, it can also be made of 40Cr, 30CrMnSi, 45Mn2, 40MnB and other alloy steels. The carbon content, manganese content and other non-metallic elements and alloying elements in these steels jointly determine the physical and mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of seamless carbon steel pipes.
