Cold rolled strip is a steel product produced through the cold rolling process. Specifically, cold-rolled strip steel is a steel product obtained by rolling hot-rolled strip steel or cast strip steel through a cold rolling mill at normal temperature, that is, below the recrystallization temperature. Its thickness is usually between 0.1-3 mm, and its width is in the range of 600-2000 mm. Cold-rolled strip steel has high dimensional accuracy, good surface quality and excellent mechanical properties.

Classification


Classification by material:

Carbon structural steel cold-rolled strip: mainly used in building structures, machinery manufacturing and other fields.

Stainless steel cold-rolled strip: It has high corrosion resistance, heat resistance and strength, and is often used in chemical equipment, food processing equipment and other fields.

Special alloy cold-rolled strip steel: such as titanium alloy, nickel alloy, etc., has special physical and chemical properties and is used in aerospace, nuclear industry and other fields.


Classified by width:

Narrow strip steel: with a width between 100 and 600 mm, it is often used to manufacture small parts, pipes, etc.

Medium wide-band steel: with a width between 600 and 1000mm, it is commonly used in automobile manufacturing, machinery manufacturing and other fields.
