- Q : How long is your delivery time?A : With our daily inventory of over 8,000 tons, common product sizes are available and can be shipped within 5 days. However, for special sizes that require new production, the delivery time may take around 20-30 days.
- Q : What are your payment terms?A : For new customers, we usually offer two payment methods:
30% T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) as deposit, 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading (B/L).
100% irrevocable L/C at sight.
